Not Getting Email Notifications and Cannot Contact Us

I've not been getting any notification emails for some weeks now and didn't realize I had replies to my original posts.

I have notifications turned on and am subscribed to my threads, so I don't know what changed.

Unfortunately clicking on "Contact Us" returns that the feature is disabled.

So how does someone contact admins if there are possible issues?
